• If there is any problem found in any product within the warranty period, then the client needs to submit the troubled product to our Service Center located at: Rasa Tower (1st Floor), 222 Elephant Road, Dhaka-1205.
  • The client needs to provide a copy of invoice or invoice number & date of the purchased product.
  • Warranty servicing will require minimum 3 working days to maximum 7 working days after receiving any product(s) by our Service Center. If there is any problem of any product which is beyond repairing by our Service Center then we will provide replacement. For providing replacement against any troubled product, it can take longer time (maximum 4 weeks) in case of if we do not have the submitted product in our stock.
  • After completion of servicing of a product, the client will be informed by a phone call from our Service Center to collect it.
  • The client will be responsible for sending & collecting the warranty goods to our Servicing Center and any expenses related to sending & collecting of warranty goods must be borne by the client.
  • Any client can get after sales support at their home or office inside Dhaka City Corporations and to get any service at home or office, a client needs to pay TK. 800 (eight hundred taka) per visit which is payable in advance.
  • Warranty becomes void for any of the following reasons (not limited to):
    • Physical damage
    • Burn case (electric short-circuit, over voltage, power surge, thunder etc.)
    • Broken warranty seal
    • Any attempt of repairing by the end-user
    • Changing official firmware of any device
    • Using any incompatible power adapter/power supply with any product
