Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered
    • If you receive an item that does not match your order.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Faulty Product
    • If the delivered product is faulty or not functioning as intended.
    • Faulty product claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Eligibility Period
    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional events are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized IoT solutions, software licenses, and digital products.
  • Items installed or damaged due to misuse.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to Product Unavailability

  1. Product Availability and Order Cancellation
    • The fulfillment of an order is subject to the availability of the product in our stock.
    • SmartX BD reserves the right to cancel an order within 7 days if the ordered product(s) is temporarily out of stock.
  2. Option to Wait for Stock Availability
    • If the customer consents to wait, the order will remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days, during which the product(s) will be restocked and delivered.
  3. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
    • If SmartX BD cancels the order due to stock unavailability and the customer has made an advance payment, a full refund will be issued within 1–7 days (excluding any cashback received).
    • For orders with cashback offers, the cashback amount will be adjusted against the refunded amount.
  4. Customer-Initiated Order Cancellations
    • If the customer cancels a confirmed order after making an online payment, a payment gateway transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and approved. Refund options include:

  1. Replacement or Exchange: Offered for defective or incorrect products.
  2. Refunds to Original Payment Method: May take 7-10 business days to process.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by SmartX BD for faulty or incorrect items.
